本课程通过对胶东半岛主要城市，如烟台、威海等城市的海滨风景进行云端 游览，并对胶东地区的文化作简要介绍，让学生在过程中欣赏中国美景，体验中 国文化。
本课程主要对胶东地区的特色面食 ——胶东花饽饽的由来、制作工艺以及其中蕴含的中华文化，学生可以根据视频课程学习如何制作胶东花饽饽，直观感受 胶东文化。
鲁菜是中国传统八大菜系之一，本课程在介绍鲁菜的由来、发展、烹饪方式 的基础上，对鲁菜中的经典菜品的制作方式进行展示和教学。
本课程通过对国家级非物质文化遗产 ——螳螂拳的介绍以及经典招式的教学，让学员在学习中感受中国武术文化的魅力。
本课程可以使学员了解汉字的起源、发展历史及其中蕴含的中国文化。

This course provides students with a cloud tour of the coastal landscapes of major cities in Jiaodong Peninsula, such as Yantai and Weihai, and a brief introduction to the culture of Jiaodong.
Pasta on the tip of the tongue
This course is mainly about the origin, production technology and Chinese culture of Jiaodong flower cake, a characteristic pasta in Jiaodong. Students can learn how to make Jiaodong flower cake according to the video course, and intuitively experience Jiaodong culture.
Shandong cuisine skills and culture
Shandong cuisine is one of the eight traditional Chinese cuisines. Based on the introduction of the origin, development and cooking methods of Shandong cuisine, this course shows and teaches the production methods of classic dishes in Shandong cuisine.
Rigidity, softness and flexibility Mantis boxing
Through the introduction of the national intangible cultural heritage - Mantis Fist and the teaching of classic moves, this course enables students to feel the charm of Chinese martial arts culture in their learning.
Brief History of the Development of Chinese Characters
This course enables students to understand the origin, development history and Chinese culture of Chinese characters
